Ron "The Man" Giles
Co-Founder & Information Technologist
Over a decade ago, Ron’s dream to begin Blacknight Studios was put into motion. He designed a logo, purchased a domain name, and got to work. Web design, graphic design, photography, drawing, the list just goes on and on. With a background in Fine Art’s from RISD and a strong desire to dive into the evolving digital world, he began to layout the framework of Blacknight Studios. Though the company has changed over the years, it is this background, founded in the arts, that distinguishes Blacknight Studios from it’s competitors to this very day.
Mike Ziggy Giles
Co-Founder & Marketing Director
Mike serves as the Marketing Director of Blacknight Studios. He completed his undergraduate studies at Emerson College, majoring in Interactive Media and minoring in Entrepreneurial Studies with a concentration in Photography. Most recently, he completed a one-year MBA program in Strategic Innovation at the University of Rhode Island. He has been building his knowledge of web and graphic design for over 10 years and has collaborated with many associations in the past including startup companies, not-for-profit organizations, artists, musicians, politicians, and more.
